Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment to relax and fill new customer form for your medical condition in our lounge and to prepare for your treatment.
For cancellations, Please and ring to cancel your appointment at least 24 hrs prior.
The Gift voucher must be presented on the day of treatment/appointment.
The Gift voucher is not redeemable for cash.
The Gift voucher is valid for 12 months from date-of-purchase.
The Gift voucher is non-refundable.
